On March 12, 2026, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff officially announced on X: Slack CRM is here. This marks the most important milestone since Salesforce acquired Slack in 2021 for $27.7 billion – turning Slack into the official CRM interface.

No more switching tabs between Slack and Salesforce. All customer data, deals, cases, Agentforce… now operate directly inside Slack.

What is Slack CRM?
